Healing the inner child is such an important aspect of healing parts of your shadow. Think about when your worthiness is tied to someone or something else: what would you be willing to do to get that person or thing back into your life in order to feel worthy? The key to feeling worthy within YOURSELF is to heal, love and nurture the inner child that was once hurt and traumatized.
